LAUFEN CZ s.r.o. (hereafter, “Laufen”) with tax number 257 58 691 located at Praha, V Tunich 3/1637, ZIP 120 00, Czech Republic will be responsible for the handling of your personal data.

The data collected is used by Laufen for the purpose of registering you within the platform;

- to speed up your future purchases,

- to obtain the advantages included in the extended warranty,

- for the marketing of similar products,

- for use in possible consultations and management of product updates, claims or repairs,

- to improve the management of requests for information made to us

- and to fulfil, maintain, develop, control and improve the relationships that, where appropriate, you maintain with Laufen.

Likewise, if at the time of collecting the data you agree to it, then you expressly give your consent for your data to be handled by Laufen for the purpose of providing you information regarding products and services, promotions and special offers.

Your personal data shall be stored by Laufen as long as no deletion request is received, or for a period of 10 years since the platform was last used.

The legal basis for the handling of your data is the management of contractual relations that are derived from your registration and use of the platform, including the transactions that, where appropriate, are carried out using it.

We inform you that the fields highlighted with an asterisk in the data collection form are obligatory. Should you fail to provide the requested information in the aforementioned fields, Laufen may, at its sole discretion, decide not to process your application.

Notwithstanding the provisions in the previous paragraphs, sending information regarding products and services, promotions and special offers is based on the consent which, where appropriate, has been granted, and in no case the revocation of said consent affects the management of contractual relations derived from your registration and use of the platform, including the transactions that, where appropriate, you carry out through the platform.

We will not disclose to third parties your personal information without your consent, except in those cases allowed by applicable regulations.

Notwithstanding the previous provisions, we inform you the supplier IBM, Softlayer Technologies Netherlands B.V. or Softonic Cloud third-party, provides for Laufen the hosting service, and that Roca Sanitario SA as well as Laufen Bathrooms AG provide certain marketing services.

You can exercise, at any time, the right to access your personal data and request to modify it, should it not be correct. Additionally, you may also request your personal data to be deleted when, amongst other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

In the cases stipulated in the applicable regulation, you may request limited handling of your personal data, in which case your data shall only be stored for the development, exercise or defence of claims, for the protection of the rights of a person or entity or for reasons of public interest.

Furthermore, you may request the portability of your personal data, that is, to receive the personal data that we keep about you in our files in a structured, commonly-used and machine-readable format.

In those cases specified in the applicable regulation, you may choose to object, for reasons related with your own particular situation, to the handling of your personal data.

To exercise these rights, you can contact Laufen through the postal address or email address detailed in the first section of this document.

You may revoke, at any time, the consent given for any of the reasons indicated, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing operation based on the aforementioned consent prior to its removal.

Finally, we inform you that you have the right to claim the protection on.
